The healthier a person is (not overweight and no underlying health conditions) the freer that person should feel to live, but in much of the country, healthy vibrant people, and children, don’t feel that way. They think that they are at risk of getting really sick with Covid and dying. And that is very far from the truth.
We all should have been informed about the death profile and how to improve our natural immune system, and we all should have some awareness of the real risk a Covid infection is to our health. A person’s own immune system is the most important weapon in fighting Covid. We should have had a health campaign nationwide to teach people how to boost their immune system, lose weight and improve their overall health. We should have been taught about the benefits of vitamin D.

If a teacher or employee in a crowded workplace is older and has a weak immune system or comorbidities, it would have been cheaper to make accommodations for him or her, such as working from home or working in a less crowded place... or retiring. Instead, we have spent our public money on Covid precautions which have enriched big tech and big pharma to no end. It seems to me that our country and much of the world is in the process of being “corporate captured”. I’m not alone in thinking this.

Why are we ridiculed or dismissed when we ask questions about the vaccine mandates and other Covid mandates?
Covid’s greatest risk to nearly everyone isn’t its deadliness. Its greatest risk is the fear and panic it has caused in a large segment of the population. Because of people’s fear, society is at risk of changing in ways which we will likely come to regret. People who have gained power don’t usually want to give it up.
The push to get people to vaccinate is turning strident in many cities and states. In some places people’s freedom to go where they wish is being denied because of vaccine passport requirements. Moreover many people who choose not to take a vaccine are losing their jobs and their relationships. These things are the vaccine side effects people who refuse to be vaccinated face.
Propaganda
It is my belief that we are being propagandized on a grand scale to believe that we ourselves have a good chance of dying from Covid and that Covid is a real danger to children and young adults, yet evidence tells us otherwise.
We know the risk of dying from Covid at different ages. We know that people who die from Covid almost always have 2+ underlying comorbidities. We know that a lot of the US population is living in fear and that this fear is being passed onto the next generation. At some point we are going to have to go back to life without fear. The masks don’t work. The vaccines don’t work. The zoom meetings don’t work.
However, we are facing a problem. One truth about human nature is that we are herd animals. We generally copy the attitudes and directives of people who we deem to be more popular or more powerful than we are...often without thinking about it. We are easily propagandized and then refuse to entertain other perspectives.
I can see it in myself when I fall into groups and defend those groups even when they are wrong. It could be a group of friends, a religion, a group of coworkers, a political party, a club, a family. These days it could even be a race or a gender group. It can be a socio-economic class of people.
Have you ever disagreed with “your” group, but don’t say anything because you don’t want to lose membership in that group? I think that’s what is happening with Covid. People are developing a group identity around it.
Today there are two more groups to divide us: the vaxxed and the unvaxxed... It is very difficult for many vaccinated people to accept a friend or family member’s decision not to vaccinate. It’s odd because they have so much in common:
Blaming the unvaccinated for the rise in Covid cases and deaths is pure propaganda meant to divide people and shame those who don’t wish to get a Covid vaccine. The sentence, “This is an epidemic of the unvaccinated” has been attributed to Gov Pritzker, the governor of Illinois in August 2021.

It is satisfying to see the Lancet fight back against billionaire class people like Governor Pritzker.

Many completely healthy people in the US are brainwashed. They overestimate their chances of dying from Covid. They are scaring children and young people needlessly. They are discriminating against people who won’t take a Covid vaccine. What can change their attitude?
Brainwashing
Brainwashing (The academic term for brainwashing is mass formation.) occurs in people when they are given the same messages over and over again by people they perceive to be in power or by people they trust. How many people are susceptible to brainwashing?
As seen above, about 30% of people during the Covid era have “fought against the narrative”. They have sought out independent media to answer their questions when something felt fishy to them, or otherwise didn’t make sense… or if they saw hypocrisy in a leader’s behavior.

He is a clinical psychologist at Ghent University in Belgium and holds a masters degree in statistics. He teaches and researches topics like totalitarianism, mass hypnosis, and basically, how the human mind works.
According to Desmet, about 30% of the population is completely unwilling to consider any new scientific data or facts on the effectiveness and adverse impacts of vaccines or the impacts of the Covid mandates. They fully believe the mainstream Covid narrative. They likely will never change their minds. They have become basically brainwashed. The Covid mistakes history will tell
I wish I could be a bug on a wall 100 years from now. What will children be learning about the Covid era when they study history?
For one, they will likely learn that businesses should have never been shut down. In the US well over 200,000 businesses have gone under. As a result of those closures, how much has poverty, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence, missed doctors appointments, premature deaths and preventable deaths increased?
Also, they will understand that the PCR test should never have been used to diagnose Covid. PCR test inventor Kerry Mullis didn’t want it ever to be used for diagnosis. The PCR tests is notoriously unreliable.
They will come to know that we should not have been mandated to take a Covid vaccine for any reason. They will learn about the many people who were damaged by the vaccines and wonder what the rest of us did when we learned about the vaccine damages.
School age children will write about how life should have gone on as normal for most people. However they will concede that we should have taken better care of the elderly and people with fragile health. In Public Health taking care of the elderly and people with fragile health is known as focused protection. They will read the Great Barrington Declaration signed by more than 900,000 doctors, scientists, immunologists and others, which talks about what we should have done.

Finally, our great grandchildren will wonder if people in the 2020’s thought much about death and what it means to be alive. They will wonder if we feared death from Covid or if it was just that we feared death in general.
Why the draconian mainstream response to Covid?
Here is one commenter named Allen’s view of the Covid situation we are facing, which seems to boil down to a power-wealth-privilege transfer:
“If you view this whole 'pandemic' situation through the lens of health, safety, science and saving lives, then most of it makes little sense. If you view it through the lens of money, power, control, and wealth transfer, then all of it makes perfect sense.
Covid is not an epidemiological story. Covid is a crime story.
They needed the lockdowns. They needed the lockdowns to be long, destructive and depressing. They need everyone to be scared of more lockdowns so that they can say, "To avoid further lockdowns you need to accept Vaccine Passports."
The lockdowns, mandatory muzzles, anti-social distancing and the other measures did nothing to protect or improve public health- they were never designed to do so.
They were all designed to deliberately break the global economy (and crush competition, especially small businesses) as well as break people's minds, will and the social fabric, in order to “build back better”, according to the diabolical and dystopian visions of the psychopaths waging this class war, which is essentially a billionaires utopia, in which they own the planet like a techno-feudal fiefdom, and oversee the drastically reduced population of digitally branded humanity like cattle in a super-surveilled technocracy.
The injections are the Trojan horse to get us in the door of that digital concentration camp (as well as the metaphorical gas chambers), starting with vax-ports, followed by digital IDs, and then connected to CBDC accounts and UBI scrip, which will allow them to track our every move and purchase, and “nudge” us toward whatever medical, dietary, or lifestyle choices they desire, at threat of having our rations reduced, or, if we misbehave too badly, being shut out of the system altogether...”
